Cosaint Training is committed to delivering quality training and qualifications to a range of health and safety professionals across the UK and Ireland. We have proudly been the first training provider in Ireland to deliver certain courses, and now we’ve done it again. We are the first provider in Ireland for the new one-day NEBOSH HSE Certificate in Health and Safety Leadership Excellence.
This is not the first time the two organisations have collaborated on creating a new training course, and it is well-known throughout the profession that a strong health and safety culture must be driven via a top-down approach. We knew the demand for this course would be high among our clients and we were determined to become approved for delivery as soon as possible.
The NEBOSH HSE Certificate in Health and Safety Leadership Excellence aims to help leaders become effective advocates for organisational health and safety, driving a positive workplace health and safety culture and positively impacting health and safety performance.
In addition to the moral imperative, good health and safety performance driven by effective health and safety leadership contributes to the achievement of organisational objectives, including reduced costs, effective operations, improved governance and compliance, increased productivity, effective risk management, and improved employee retention.
On completion of the qualification, course participants will be able to positively influence health and safety culture and performance in your workplace, apply the HSE model for effective health and safety leadership, and reflect on your own health and safety leadership style, including understanding what can influence your own decision-making and leadership behaviours.
The first course is running on April 12th 2022, and we expect spaces to fill quickly!
We are delighted to be the first provider in Ireland approved to deliver this new course, and additional course dates will be released soon. Contact us for more information, or to reserve your place.
