Cosaint Training are the only provider in Northern Ireland approved to deliver the new Certificate in Controlling Health Risks in Construction course.
The course teaches students how to identify the most common health risks on construction sites, the processes that generate them, and how to control them to a standard to prevent and reduce occupational ill health.

Specially designed to provide training for anyone who has functional responsibility for controlling health risks on a construction site, such as site supervisors and site managers, the course has already proven to be popular with industry, with December and January’s course dates booking up quickly.

Limited spaces are available on course dates in February and March, and CITB-registered employers may be eligible for support of £145 per person toward the cost of training on these dates. Normal grant conditions will apply to all future courses. Contact us for details.
This is the first course of its kind, which is being supported by BuildHealth, a joint venture between the construction industry in Northern Ireland and the HSENI.
